Biography:
Phil Marchese is Executive Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With more than a decade of experience advising institutional clients on the repositioning and development of core and value-add assets throughout Florida, Mr. Marchese plays an integral role in the firm’s market expansion throughout the state.
Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Marchese served as Director of Leasing for Brightline, and was responsible for the leasing and programming of transit-oriented developments (TOD) throughout South Florida, including MiamiCentral. Before Brightline, Mr. Marchese was responsible for the marketing and leasing of Flagler Development’s 2.1 million square foot regional portfolio, of which SouthPark Center – Central Florida’s premier office park—was part.
Mr. Marchese has been actively involved in leases valued at more than $400 million. Notable transactions include Starwood Vacation Ownership, CVS Health, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, United Healthcare Group, Booking.com, Centene Corporation, Diamond Resorts, and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
Mr. Marchese received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
