Agave Holdings entered the Coral Gables office market with the goal of establishing 396 Alhambra as the premier trophy class A building that would draw top quality global companies and local firms. Less than one year after opening 396 Alhambra’s doors, Blanca Commercial Real Estate helped us achieve that objective and more, leasing the building to 75 percent and cementing the building’s standing as the premier address in Coral Gables.
1450 Brickell delivered in a hotly competitive office market and during one of the worst recessions in history. The team at Blanca Commercial Real Estate understood the importance of shaping the conversation surrounding the building by emphasizing the asset’s core strengths, including construction quality, location and ownership stability. The building outperformed even the most optimistic expectations, attracting major multinational companies, reaching 95% occupancy within two and one half years, and setting pace and new benchmarks for the rest of the market.
As our business evolved, so did our office space needs. Working with the Blanca team to identify our needs and the best space for our company’s growing operations was a great experience.
