Biography:
Katrina Mirazo is a Leasing and Marketing Coordinator of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With more than a decade of marketing experience across a wide range of industries, Ms. Mirazo supports our marketing team in coordinating the firm’s daily operations as well as planning and implementing our strategies.
Ms. Mirazo offers a wealth of knowledge in marketing, ranging from graphic design and website development to event coordination, logistics, and sales. Before joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, she was a Senior Regional Marketing Manager at Newmark Knight Frank, a commercial real estate agency in Miami, where she managed all marketing, advertising and public relations efforts across four regional teams. Ms. Mirazo also worked as a Porsche Assistant Service Manager at The Collection in Coral Gables. During her time at the company, she forged strong relationships with high-end clientele, tracked sales daily, managed a diverse team, and ensured customers were met with high-quality service and results.
Ms. Mirazo earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communications and a master’s in global strategic communications from Florida International University. She also received an art direction graduate certificate from Miami Ad School. In 2017, Ms. Mirazo obtained her Florida Real Estate License.
