Tere Blanca is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the dominant Florida based commercial real estate services firm. She founded the firm in 2009 after identifying a need in the marketplace for a local advisory and brokerage firm built on a culture of giving clients a highly personalized approach to service. With Ms. Blanca’s vision, progressive leadership and commitment to excellence, teams are purpose-built, and innovative strategies are customized to deliver powerful outcomes for the firm’s clients while giving back to the communities it serves.

Blanca Commercial Real Estate now has a diverse team of more than 50 top-driven professionals across three offices in Southeast Florida. It is recognized as one of the top commercial real estate brokerage services firms in Florida and has sustained since 2016 a 30% market share of Class A and B office lease transactions in Miami, their home base.

Throughout her career, Ms. Blanca has participated and led many notable lease transactions and new development projects from land acquisition to master planning, design, construction, marketing, lease-up, and sale of office and mixed-use assets advising global and local investors, developers and companies requiring office and industrial space.

Prior to launching Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Blanca served for six years as Senior Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc., where she led the firm’s South Florida region, achieving significant revenue growth and increased profitability. Ms. Blanca also held the position of Senior Vice President at Codina Realty Services, Inc. ONCOR International where she was consistently among the top producers during her 14-year tenure. She resides in Miami with her husband and is the proud mother of two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, boating, reading, cooking, and meditation practices.

Danet Linares is Executive Vice Chairman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the dominant independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Ms. Linares plays an integral role in the leasing of several significant office projects across South Florida including 1450 Brickell, The Plaza Coral Gables, 396 Alhambra, The Main Las Olas, Royal Palm Office Park, and The Offices at THE WELL, to name a few. She has served as an advisor in several of South Florida’s largest real estate transactions including the Miami Herald’s relocation to Doral, White & Case’s Miami office, the Florida offices of Lydecker Diaz, as well as the Knight Foundation, the Miami Foundation, Goodwill Industries, University of Miami, Aterian Investment Partners, and Endeavor Miami. Since joining the firm,Danet has played a key role in the strategy development and leasing of more than 7 million square feet of office lease transactions throughout South Florida on behalf of owners and businesses.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Linares served as Senior Vice President at Foram Group and Vice President for Blue Capital where she led the leasing andmarketing strategy for Miami Tower. Ms. Linares also held the position of Senior Leasing Manager at Shorenstein where she led the leasing driving occupancy to 97% for the tallest Class A office tower in Florida comprising 1.2 million square feet, Southeast Financial Center.

Ms. Linares attended St. John’s University in New York. She is an active leader in the South Florida community and fluent in Spanish.

Juan Ruiz is Vice Chairman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc.,  the dominant independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. On behalf of the firm, Mr. Ruiz leads in the leasing of significant projects such as the Nuveen/PIMCO Real Estate portfolio in Waterford Business District, 1401 Brickell by Santander, O Towers in Aventura/Hallandale Beach, and 545wyn. In addition, he has also represented notable companies including Dufry Americas, Mexican Consulate, Guardianship Program of Dade and Molina Healthcare. Since joining the firm, Mr. Ruiz has closed more than 6 million square feet of office transactions throughout South Florida.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Ruiz was Director of Codina Realty Services, LLC,the real estate leasing division of Codina Partners that manages leasing of Codina Partners-owned properties. His previous experience also includes leading the leasing for Downtown Doral, a 120-acre master-planned mixed-use development. Mr. Ruiz was previously Vice President at Flagler Real Estate Services.

Prior to joining Flagler, Mr.Ruiz worked as Leasing Director for the Miami Free Zone, a joint venture between Prudential Insurance and Flagler/Codina. Here, his efforts led to the leasing of 600,000 square feet of industrial, office and showroom space in the foreign trade zone park.

Mr. Ruiz has been recognized as one of SFB Real Estate Power Broker, CoStar’s Top 20 Miami Office Leasing Power Brokers on numerous occasions, was featured as one of South Florida Business Journal’s 40 under 40 in 2011 and was named the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s commercial broker of the year in 2017.

Mr. Ruiz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from EAFIT University in Colombia and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Rick Sanders is Chief Financial Officer at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Mr. Sanders oversee all finance, accounting and operational functions of the firm. He supports our strategic growth efforts by identifying new areas for revenue growth and expansion, as well as, leads initiatives to streamline finance, accounting and operational functions by implementing new protocols and leveraging technological tools. With over 17 years of experience in a Finance and Operations role, Mr. Sanders brings vast knowledge and expertise to the firm.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Sanders was the Director of Finance for 50 Eggs, Inc./Yardbird Group, where he oversaw financial operations for seven (7) restaurants internationally with 600 employees yielding more than $40MM in revenue. During his tenure, he was responsible for financial reporting and interfacing with the Yardbird private equity investor group and management team of the business. He implemented new operational systems to streamline various functions of the business and managed budgets, forecasting and opening of new locations across the company’s portfolio of restaurants. Before joining 50 Eggs, Inc./Yardbird Group, Mr. Sanders was in charge of growth, finance and operations for his family business, Pasta Factory Company, for over a decade. During his time at the company he led geographic growth and expansion of the business.

Mr. Sanders received a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration, as well as, a master’s degree in finance and management from Florida International University.

Diana Pubchara is the Chief Marketing Officer of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the dominant independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. As CMO, Ms. Pubchara manages all aspects of Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s marketing,branding, communications, and business development efforts – working on behalf of both the firm and its clients.

With nearly 20 years of marketing expertise, Ms. Pubchara previously served as Chief Marketing Officerf or the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC), one of South Florida’s largest business and networking organizations. During her 7-year tenure at the GMCC, she played an instrumental role in growing revenue, driving membership engagement, and forging relationships with key businesses, Miami stakeholders,and partner organizations.

Prior to joining the GMCC, Ms.Pubchara worked as a business development executive for Hemisphere Digital Press, a commercial printing and marketing company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. While there, she was responsible for new client development and managed customer relationships with partner advertising firms.

Ms. Pubchara earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

She is also active in the South Florida community and been involved with key organizations including Habitat for Humanity and the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.  She has recognized by the Greater Miami Chamber as a “Go Getter” for their Annual HYPE Awards and as a winner in the Real Estate Women’s category of the Ft. Brian Gitlin is the Chief Operations Officer at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the dominant independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida.  Brian Gitlin supports the firm’s continued growth by managing all firm operations including technology initiatives. He plays an integral role in our continued growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting the expansion of our service lines, and establishing and creating a unique professional development strategy for brokers and staff.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Gitlin has worked in both entrepreneurial andi nstitutional environments. Most recently, he worked at the University of Miami and U Health as asset manager of the University’s real estate holdings, totaling $400 million in value, while managing the portfolio of over 200 leases worth $100 million.

Previously, he worked at Agave Holdings, where he helped establish the operation in the United States andcreated the financial operating structure. At Agave, Mr. Gitlin also oversaw a portfolio of 950,000 square feet of office and retail assets with revenues of approximately $30 million and a valuation exceeding $350 million.

With more than a decade of experience in property and project management, Mr. Romero leads the operations of the firm’s property management practice, providing strategic direction and building its infrastructure and team.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Romero worked with Taylor & Mathis and Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, where he managed an office portfolio of more than one million square feet of office and mixed-use space. Before this, he spent 24 years in the retail and entertainment sector with a special focus on development and operations.

An active business leader, Mr. Romero currently serves as immediate Past President of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Miami-Dade and is an 18-time BOMA award winner. He has also received the prestigious TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Southern Region prize seven times.

Mr. Romero holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in business from Florida International University.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jolley most recently served as a Senior Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, where she spearheaded business development and marketing for what grew to become Broward’s most active office tenant advisory team.

Prior to this, Ms. Jolley worked as a law clerk for the Fort Lauderdale land use and zoning firm, Lochrie & Chakas. In addition to drafting legal documents, her work included buildingr elationships with Broward government officials and real estate developers, and providing clients with strategic counsel across all aspects of the county’s development entitlement processes.

The Boca Raton, Fla., native received a bachelor’s degree in public relations, with honors, from the University of Florida and a law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law.

Ms. Chambers previously served as a broker with Cushman & Wakefield, Codina Realty and Duke Realty, specializing in office and healthcare properties. She has successfully led the negotiations of significant lease transactions on behalf of both owners and tenants.

Ms. Chambers also served as theDirector of Government and Community Relations for Baptist Health SouthFlorida. During her tenure at Baptist Health South Florida she ensured positive relationships in business, government and civic communities were maintained, while managing the department’s multi-million dollar budget.

His strategic insight into the needs of healthcare providers, occupiers, and investors enables him to deliver real estate solutions that not only meet business goals but also support improved patient outcomes.

Prior to joining Blanca, Miles held senior roles at JLL, Cresa, and Cushman & Wakefield, where he led major initiatives across South Florida and Latin America. His background also includes executive positions at Eastman Kodak, S.C. Johnson, and The Clorox Company.

A native of Mexico City, Miles is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and brings a valuable international perspective to our team.

With over 15 years of experience in the South Florida market, Mr. Cohen has been responsible for the disposition of over 10 million square feet of property and currently leads thefirm’s property acquisition and disposition practice.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Cohen led the Florida operations for the Asset Solutions Group of Flagler Real Estate Services where he focused on the disposition of commercial real estate throughout South Florida.

Mr. Cohen takes an active rolein the community by being a founding member of the Young Professionals benefiting Easter Seals. He is a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Miami class, a program of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, he is a member of the steering committee for P.A.T.C.H.E.S., A 501 (C) charity benefitting medically complex children. As the former Social Action Chair for the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, regularly assisting at the Salvation Army, and a permanent volunteer at the Miami Rescue Mission, Mr. Cohen recognizes the need in helping our community.

He was recently recognized as a finalist for Commercial Broker of the Year by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.  In 2014, Mr. Cohen was recognized as a top professional under the age of 40 by the South Florida Business Journal. Mr. Harak has been involved in transactions with some of Florida’s largest offices and industrial users including Dufry, World Fuel Services, Shoes for Crews, Gibraltar Private Bank, H. Lee Moffit Cancer Research Institute, and International Bonded Couriers, Inc., among others.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Harak served as Assistant Director for Savills Studley where he was responsible for business development, strategic planning and transaction management throughout Florida. He was an integral member of a team that consistently ranked among Florida’s top tenant advisory practices specializing in office leasing on behalf of banking and financial services firms, law firms, nonprofit organizations, as well as warehouse, distribution and manufacturing companies.

Mr. Harak holds a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal and organizational communications from the University of South Florida.

David M. Valdez is Executive Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Valdez provides strategic real estate advisory and brokerage services to firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, David served in senior real estate management and brokerage positions at other leading corporations and brokerage firms, including nine-years as First Vice President and Managing Director at CBRE in New York City.

At Goldman Sachs, David was Vice President in the Corporate Services and Real Estate Division where he co-managed real estate transactions, including the strategy and lease-negotiations for all firm-leased properties in the Americas—a portfolio of over 110 leases for 14 million square feet of office and special-use space. At Goldman Sachs he also co-led a team in managing the purchase, repositioning, and asset management of the Embassy Suites (now Conrad) Hotel and a retail complex in Manhattan’s Battery Park City.

His areas of expertise include real estate leasing best practices, financial analysis, leasing procedures focused on creating negotiating leverage to achieve each client’s individual business objectives. David works closely with companies to measure and manage their total occupancy related expenses, and to secure optimal commercial results. David has been involved in executing some of the largest office and special-use lease transactions within the South Florida and New York City office markets. On behalf of the firm, he has played an integral role within the leasing teams that advised major companies including McClatchy, The Miami Herald, Akerman, and White & Case.  Additionally, he served as the advisor for GMHC, and Lehman Brothers.

David Valdez also served for six years as a broker with the Codina-Bush Group in Miami.

David received a Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. At Harvard Business School, he attended the Goldman Sachs Nonprofit Leadership Program. At Harvard’s Kennedy School, he attended as an Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Fellow, a residential non-degree program as part of his Master’s program of study. David is also a graduate of the Leadership Miami program.

His first professional position was with United Technologies, Carrier International Corporation, where he served as the Assistant to JP Van Rooy, the President of the International Division.

In 2016, Mr. Martin joined Blanca Commercial Real Estate to boost the firm’s expansion to the European and South American markets. Since then, Mr. Martin has been involved in transactions with some of the largest office and industrial users including Insigneo Financial Group, Frinsa Group, The Mexican Consulate, Coastal Construction and Sabadell Bank, among others.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Martín was an asset manager in his own family office. He also founded and managed start-up businesses. Before that, he worked as a financial advisor at BNP Paribas’ wealth management, and previously as an assistant to the portfolio management division at Morgan Stanley.

Subsequently, she worked at Lincoln Property Company in Washington, DC, where she assisted the landlord agency leasing team’s prospecting efforts by preparing a database of expiring leases throughout the metro region to support canvassing programs and assisted in securing market intelligence for company wide market reports by tracking relevant data.

Ms. Kaiser graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in French from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Linares served as Graphic Design Associate for Cresa South Florida, an international corporate real estate tenant advisory firm. During her 7-year tenure there, she handled graphic design implementation for company deliverables and client presentations as well as market research and social media development. Previously, she also worked as a webmaster, where she designed and developed websites for almost a decade. Ms. Linares also served as a writer for various local magazines.

Kyle Stagg is a Digital Media & Marketing Manager at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, where he oversees strategic marketing initiatives across Broward County and supports firm-wide investment sales and healthcare brokerage teams. With a strong foundation in design, digital marketing, and emerging technology, Kyleplays a central role in driving marketing execution, brand consistency, and operational efficiency across high-profile assignments.

As Lead for Broward Office Marketing Support, Kyle manages and delegates incoming marketing requests, hosts bi-weekly strategy and deal update meetings, and works directly with ownership groups to provide marketing updates and implement new initiatives. He oversees administrative training and production standards, ensuring all materials — from offering memorandums to floor plans — meet the highest quality standards. He also contributes the development of property websites, 3D tours, and marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and performance.

Kyle leads marketing operations for the firm’s Healthcare Team and collaborates closely with the Investment Sales team on the development of comprehensive Offering Memorandums and targeted email campaigns. His work spans creative direction, branding, aerial and architectural photography coordination, drone videography, Matterport 3D tours, mapping, and specialty exhibits. He also manages digital campaigns through platforms such as Mailchimp, CoStar, LoopNet, and RealtyAds, with a focus on analytics, reporting, audience refinement, and performance optimization.

In addition to design and production, Kyle supports website infrastructure, analytics implementation, and marketing technology integration — including Google Analytics, user workflow optimization, and engagement tracking dashboards. He actively researches and implements new AI, marketing, mapping, and lead-generation technologies to streamline processes and enhance output across teams.

Known for combining creative execution with operational leadership, Kyle brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to commercial real estate marketing, ensuring every assignment is positioned for maximum exposure and impact.

Prior to joining Blanca, Kyle spent eight years at Transwestern, where he served as Marketing Manager. In that role, he led high-impact marketing initiatives, brokerage support, and large-scale client experiences across the region. Carter Varin is the lead Financial Analyst of the Investment Sales team of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Prior to joining the Investment Sales team, Mr. Varin joined Blanca Commercial Real Estate in 2022 as a Research Intern to improve the firm’s business development and expansion strategies by assisting in the execution of projects and deliverables.

Mr. Varin graduated Cum Laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration. In his time an undergraduate, Carter served as the Chapter President of his fraternity, Phi Sigma Kappa, and spearheaded multiple philanthropic initiatives. One of which was the Annual Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics of South Carolina, which raised over $14,000 in 2022. He founded the PSK Upsilon Septaton Housing Corporation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Carter actively serves as the Treasurer, facilitating the success of undergraduate students with their housing needs.

She has served as an advisor in several of South Florida’s largest real estate transactions including the Miami Herald’s relocation to Doral, White & Case’s Miami office, the Florida offices of Lydecker Diaz, as well as the Knight Foundation, the Miami Foundation, Goodwill Industries, University of Miami, Aterian Investment Partners, and Endeavor Miami. Since joining the firm,Danet has played a key role in the strategy development and leasing of more than 7 million square feet of office lease transactions throughout South Florida on behalf of owners and businesses.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Ruiz was Director of Codina Realty Services, LLC,the real estate leasing division of Codina Partners that manages leasing of Codina Partners-owned properties. His previous experience also includes leading the leasing for Downtown Doral, a 120-acre master-planned mixed-use development. Mr. Ruiz was previously Vice President at Flagler Real Estate Services.

Prior to joining Flagler, Mr.Ruiz worked as Leasing Director for the Miami Free Zone, a joint venture between Prudential Insurance and Flagler/Codina. Here, his efforts led to the leasing of 600,000 square feet of industrial, office and showroom space in the foreign trade zone park.

With over 17 years of experience in a Finance and Operations role, Mr. Sanders brings vast knowledge and expertise to the firm.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Sanders was the Director of Finance for 50 Eggs, Inc./Yardbird Group, where he oversaw financial operations for seven (7) restaurants internationally with 600 employees yielding more than $40MM in revenue. During his tenure, he was responsible for financial reporting and interfacing with the Yardbird private equity investor group and management team of the business. He implemented new operational systems to streamline various functions of the business and managed budgets, forecasting and opening of new locations across the company’s portfolio of restaurants. Before joining 50 Eggs, Inc./Yardbird Group, Mr. Sanders was in charge of growth, finance and operations for his family business, Pasta Factory Company, for over a decade. During his time at the company he led geographic growth and expansion of the business.

Mr. Sanders received a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration, as well as, a master’s degree in finance and management from Florida International University.

With nearly 20 years of marketing expertise, Ms. Pubchara previously served as Chief Marketing Officerf or the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC), one of South Florida’s largest business and networking organizations. During her 7-year tenure at the GMCC, she played an instrumental role in growing revenue, driving membership engagement, and forging relationships with key businesses, Miami stakeholders,and partner organizations.

Prior to joining the GMCC, Ms.Pubchara worked as a business development executive for Hemisphere Digital Press, a commercial printing and marketing company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. While there, she was responsible for new client development and managed customer relationships with partner advertising firms.

Ms. Pubchara earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

Previously, he worked at Agave Holdings, where he helped establish the operation in the United States andcreated the financial operating structure. At Agave, Mr. Gitlin also oversaw a portfolio of 950,000 square feet of office and retail assets with revenues of approximately $30 million and a valuation exceeding $350 million.

Danet Linares is Executive Vice Chairman of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the dominant independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Ms. Linares plays an integral role in the leasing of several significant office projects across South Florida including 1450 Brickell, The Plaza Coral Gables, 396 Alhambra, The Main Las Olas, Royal Palm Office Park, and The Offices at THE WELL, to name a few. She has served as an advisor in several of South Florida’s largest real estate transactions including the Miami Herald’s relocation to Doral, White & Case’s Miami office, the Florida offices of Lydecker Diaz, as well as the Knight Foundation, the Miami Foundation, Goodwill Industries, University of Miami, Aterian Investment Partners, and Endeavor Miami. Since joining the firm,Danet has played a key role in the strategy development and leasing of more than 7 million square feet of office lease transactions throughout South Florida on behalf of owners and businesses.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Linares served as Senior Vice President at Foram Group and Vice President for Blue Capital where she led the leasing andmarketing strategy for Miami Tower. Ms. Linares also held the position of Senior Leasing Manager at Shorenstein where she led the leasing driving occupancy to 97% for the tallest Class A office tower in Florida comprising 1.2 million square feet, Southeast Financial Center.

Ms. Linares attended St. John’s University in New York. She is an active leader in the South Florida community and fluent in Spanish.

On behalf of the firm, Mr. Ruiz leads in the leasing of significant projects such as the Nuveen/PIMCO Real Estate portfolio in Waterford Business District, 1401 Brickell by Santander, O Towers in Aventura/Hallandale Beach, and 545wyn. In addition, he has also represented notable companies including Dufry Americas, Mexican Consulate, Guardianship Program of Dade and Molina Healthcare. Since joining the firm, Mr. Ruiz has closed more than 6 million square feet of office transactions throughout South Florida.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Ruiz was Director of Codina Realty Services, LLC,the real estate leasing division of Codina Partners that manages leasing of Codina Partners-owned properties. His previous experience also includes leading the leasing for Downtown Doral, a 120-acre master-planned mixed-use development. Mr. Ruiz was previously Vice President at Flagler Real Estate Services.

Prior to joining Flagler, Mr.Ruiz worked as Leasing Director for the Miami Free Zone, a joint venture between Prudential Insurance and Flagler/Codina. Here, his efforts led to the leasing of 600,000 square feet of industrial, office and showroom space in the foreign trade zone park.

Mr. Ruiz has been recognized as one of SFB Real Estate Power Broker, CoStar’s Top 20 Miami Office Leasing Power Brokers on numerous occasions, was featured as one of South Florida Business Journal’s 40 under 40 in 2011 and was named the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s commercial broker of the year in 2017.

Mr. Cohen takes an active rolein the community by being a founding member of the Young Professionals benefiting Easter Seals. He is a graduate of the 2013 Leadership Miami class, a program of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.  In addition, he is a member of the steering committee for P.A.T.C.H.E.S., A 501 (C) charity benefitting medically complex children. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, David served in senior real estate management and brokerage positions at other leading corporations and brokerage firms, including nine-years as First Vice President and Managing Director at CBRE in New York City.

At Goldman Sachs, David was Vice President in the Corporate Services and Real Estate Division where he co-managed real estate transactions, including the strategy and lease-negotiations for all firm-leased properties in the Americas—a portfolio of over 110 leases for 14 million square feet of office and special-use space. At Goldman Sachs he also co-led a team in managing the purchase, repositioning, and asset management of the Embassy Suites (now Conrad) Hotel and a retail complex in Manhattan’s Battery Park City.

His areas of expertise include real estate leasing best practices, financial analysis, leasing procedures focused on creating negotiating leverage to achieve each client’s individual business objectives. David works closely with companies to measure and manage their total occupancy related expenses, and to secure optimal commercial results. He serves as a mentor to Blanca’s emerging brokers, shares best-in-class processes, and provides strategy and oversight in key assignments.

David has been involved in executing some of the largest office and special-use lease transactions within the South Florida and New York City office markets. On behalf of the firm, he has played an integral role within the leasing teams that advised major companies including McClatchy, The Miami Herald, Akerman, and White & Case.  Additionally, he served as the advisor for GMHC, and Lehman Brothers.

David Valdez also served for six years as a broker with the Codina-Bush Group in Miami.

David received a Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College and a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. At Harvard Business School, he attended the Goldman Sachs Nonprofit Leadership Program. At Harvard’s Kennedy School, he attended as an Alfred P. Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Martín was an asset manager in his own family office. He also founded and managed start-up businesses. Before that, he worked as a financial advisor at BNP Paribas’ wealth management, and previously as an assistant to the portfolio management division at Morgan Stanley.

Subsequently, she worked at Lincoln Property Company in Washington, DC, where she assisted the landlord agency leasing team’s prospecting efforts by preparing a database of expiring leases throughout the metro region to support canvassing programs and assisted in securing market intelligence for company wide market reports by tracking relevant data.

Ms. Kaiser graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in French from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She also studied international business and cross-cultural negotiation at Kedge Business School Euromed Management in Marseille, France.

Ms. Kaiser is a recent graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s 41st Leadership Miami Class, where she led her team 4WRDMIA to create and implement a virtual mindfulness program for pre and primary school children in Homestead, FL.

Upon moving back to his home city, Miami, Jack held a position with Transcendent Investment Management. With experience in both the leasing and investment sales of Office, Industrial, Retail, & Land, Mr. Davidson brings a wide spectrum of experience to each assignment.

Jack Davidson is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Additionally, Jack is an alumnus of the Columbia Business School YPO YNG Global Leadership program.

Outside the firm, Jack is deeply involved in the community. Mr. Varin graduated Cum Laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration. In his time an undergraduate, Carter served as the Chapter President of his fraternity, Phi Sigma Kappa, and spearheaded multiple philanthropic initiatives. One of which was the Annual Polar Plunge for the Special Olympics of South Carolina, which raised over $14,000 in 2022. He founded the PSK Upsilon Septaton Housing Corporation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. With nearly 20 years of marketing expertise, Ms. Pubchara previously served as Chief Marketing Officerf or the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC), one of South Florida’s largest business and networking organizations. During her 7-year tenure at the GMCC, she played an instrumental role in growing revenue, driving membership engagement, and forging relationships with key businesses, Miami stakeholders,and partner organizations.

Prior to joining the GMCC, Ms.Pubchara worked as a business development executive for Hemisphere Digital Press, a commercial printing and marketing company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. While there, she was responsible for new client development and managed customer relationships with partner advertising firms.

Ms. Pubchara earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Aguila served as Leasing and Marketing Coordinator for The Hogan Group, Inc. During her seven-year tenure, she gained extensive tenant managing experience, administering leases, as well as maintaining and tracking tenant expirations, rights of refusals, right of first offers, and renewal notices. In addition, she executed and assessed advertising, marketing, and public relations campaign results.

Before joining The Hogan Group, Mrs. Aguila spent nine years as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Elio Vazquez, ESQ. In this capacity, her responsibilities spanned the spectrum from implementing the internal billing system, to conducting client interviews and completing essential executive responsibilities.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Linares served as Graphic Design Associate for Cresa South Florida, an international corporate real estate tenant advisory firm. During her 7-year tenure there, she handled graphic design implementation for company deliverables and client presentations as well as market research and social media development. Previously, she also worked as a webmaster, where she designed and developed websites for almost a decade. Ms. Linares also served as a writer for various local magazines.

Previously, he was as Project Manager and Asset Manager, respectively for Chetrit Group and its owning entity UES Management, during which his well-rounded experience included construction management of a 170-room Miami Beach hotel renovation, development & planning of 1800-unit multi-family rental project and assisting with the refinance of a $550M loan.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Sanders was the Director of Finance for 50 Eggs, Inc./Yardbird Group, where he oversaw financial operations for seven (7) restaurants internationally with 600 employees yielding more than $40MM in revenue. During his tenure, he was responsible for financial reporting and interfacing with the Yardbird private equity investor group and management team of the business. He implemented new operational systems to streamline various functions of the business and managed budgets, forecasting and opening of new locations across the company’s portfolio of restaurants. Before joining 50 Eggs, Inc./Yardbird Group, Mr. Sanders was in charge of growth, finance and operations for his family business, Pasta Factory Company, for over a decade. During his time at the company he led geographic growth and expansion of the business.

Mr. Sanders received a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration, as well as, a master’s degree in finance and management from Florida International University.

Brian Gitlin is the Chief Operations Officer at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the dominant independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida.  Brian Gitlin supports the firm’s continued growth by managing all firm operations including technology initiatives. He plays an integral role in our continued growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting the expansion of our service lines, and establishing and creating a unique professional development strategy for brokers and staff.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Gitlin has worked in both entrepreneurial andi nstitutional environments. Most recently, he worked at the University of Miami and U Health as asset manager of the University’s real estate holdings, totaling $400 million in value, while managing the portfolio of over 200 leases worth $100 million.

Previously, he worked at Agave Holdings, where he helped establish the operation in the United States andcreated the financial operating structure. At Agave, Mr. Gitlin also oversaw a portfolio of 950,000 square feet of office and retail assets with revenues of approximately $30 million and a valuation exceeding $350 million.

Kim Zeidman is Senior Accounting Manager of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With almost 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate accounting, Ms. Zeidman oversees the growing property management portfolio to serve clients’ needs. Her vast experience includes auditing for Deloitte and Touche and providing accounting administration and oversight for global commercial real estate firms and ultra-high net worth owners.

Ms. Zeidman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a masters degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
