‍Blanca Commercial Real Estate announced the acquisition of Lakeshore Plaza II, located at 1300 Concord Terrace in Sunrise.The five-story, Class A office building is the newest building located in Sawgrass International Corporate Park.CBRE, represented by Chris Lee and Sean Kelly, alongside Blanca Commercial Real Estate, represented by Chris Gallagher, Christina Stine Jolley, and Andres Del Corral facilitated the transaction on behalf of the seller. The property was bought by Galium Capital.Galium Capital, a real estate investment firm based in Miami, has officially expanded their Florida office portfolio with the strategic purchase of Lakeshore Plaza II. Featuring 128,550 square feet of premium office space, Lakeshore Plaza II offers a well-located, Class A office environment with modern amenities. Galium Capital plans to implement upgrades to further enhance the tenant experience and boost the property’s appeal. With its proactive approach and financial resources, Galium Capital is poised to create value for tenants while strengthening its presence in the South Florida market.Blanca Commercial Real Estate will remain the exclusive leasing agent for the property.
