  • UDT was building its 60,000 square foot headquarters in Miramar
  • UDT was planning to lease only half of the building and was seeking the right brokerage team to lease the remaining space

STRATEGY

  • Renamed and branded the building as Miramar Technology Center to differentiate its high tech infrastructure and redundancy for business continuity
  • Provided strategic advice including building a parking deck to deliver a 5/1,000 parking ratio, and redirecting the project’s main entrance to Monarch Lakes Boulevard to create a prominent sense of arrival

  • Reach 99% occupancy within 12 months of TCO with credit tenants and top market rents
