Biography:
Nicole Kaiser is an Associate Vice President at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. Ms. Kaiser plays an integral role on the Landlord Agency Team, participating in the leasing of more than 1.4 million square feet of office products across South Florida. She also provided full-service tenant advisory services specializing in office lease transactions for both new-to-market and existing clients including The Miami New Times, PennantPark, Sierra Capital, Baymount Management, Lightship Chartering, and The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s monumental submarket relocation.
Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Kaiser started her career with Bognet Construction in Tyson’s Corner, VA where she assisted as a project manager for office interior buildouts gaining key knowledge on Landlord’s positioning and tactical investment strategies of commercial assets. Subsequently, she worked at Lincoln Property Company in Washington, DC where she assisted the agency sales team’s leasing efforts by preparing a database of expiring leases throughout the metro–region for company market reports and to track relevant data as well as supporting canvassing efforts.
Ms. Kaiser graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in French from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Ms. Kaiser also studied international business and cross-cultural negotiation at Kedge Business School Euromed Management in Marseille, France.
Ms. Kaiser is a recent graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s 41st Leadership Miami Class where she led her team 4WRDMIA to create and implement a virtual mindfulness program for pre and primary school children in Homestead, FL.
