Jack Davidson

Biography:

Jack Davidson is an Associate of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jack serves as a full-service real estate advisor and assists in expanding the reach of the firm and its clients’ by executing effective business development strategies.

Prior to joining the firm, Jack worked with the Jones Lange LaSalle Capital Markets and Investment sales teams in Atlanta. There, he focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies and identifying business opportunities. Jack later joined the CBRE Agency Representation team where he facilitated communications with clients to understand their property needs. Upon moving back to his home city, Miami, Jack held a position with Transcendent Investment Management. With experience in both the leasing and investment sales of Office, Industrial, Retail, & Land, Mr. Davidson brings a wide spectrum of experience to each assignment.

Jack Davidson is a graduate of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. Additionally, Jack is an alumnus of the Columbia Business School YPO YNG Global Leadership program.

Outside the firm, Jack is deeply involved in the community. He serves as Vice President of the Habitat for Humanity Young Professionals Board, acts as CEO of the UNC Kenan-Flagler South Florida Alumni Association, volunteers as a Facilitator for Leadership Miami with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and sits on the board of YNG Miami (YPO Next Generation).

In his personal life, Jack enjoys a variety of activities and outdoor hobbies including spearfishing, freediving, scuba diving, photography, rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking, and camping.
