Grant Gassman is a Senior Associate at Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Florida’s leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm. Specializing in tenant representation, Grant offers a deep understanding of South Florida’s office market and delivers strategic solutions tailored to legal, professional, and financial service firms.

He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms, where he represented a wide range of clients and led complex lease negotiations across the region. His experience at a global firm sharpened his skills in market analysis, client advocacy, and managing transactions with a high level of sophistication and attention to detail.

At Blanca, Grant brings that high-level expertise to a more locally focused platform—providing clients with personalized, data-driven strategies that align real estate with business goals and the evolving South Florida market.
