Brian Gitlin

Biography:

Brian Gitlin supports the firm’s continued growth by managing all firm operations including technology initiatives. He plays an integral role in our continued growth by identifying new business opportunities, supporting the expansion of our service lines, and establishing and creating a unique professional development strategy for brokers and staff.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Gitlin has worked in both entrepreneurial and institutional environments. Most recently, he worked at the University of Miami and U Health as asset manager of the University’s real estate holdings, totaling $400 million in value, while managing the portfolio of over 200 leases worth $100 million.

Previously, he worked at Agave Holdings, where he helped establish the operation in the United States and created the financial operating structure. At Agave, Mr. Gitlin also oversaw a portfolio of 950,000 square feet of office and retail assets with revenues of approximately $30 million and a valuation exceeding $350 million.
