Talia Abad

Biography:

Talia began her commercial real estate career five years ago in the Boston, MA area with ABG Commercial Realty.  In 2022, she joined Cushman & Wakefield (“C&W”) in Boston as part of their life science team.  In early 2024, she moved with C&W to the South Florida market as part of their healthcare advisory practice.  She has completed deals with top-notch healthcare organizations including Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Tampa General Hospital, Bristol Myers Squibb, and local medical practices.

Talia is civically engaged in the South Florida community and is a founding member of the South Florida Association of Medical Facilities Professionals (“AMFP”) where she serves as the Director of Membership.  She is also active with CREW, and the healthcare committee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Continuing to grow in the industry, she has completed coursework for her CCIM designation after receiving a scholarship from the CCIM Massachusetts Foundation.  Also, she was awarded a CREW Convention Scholarship and in 2023, she was noted as a CoStar Power Broker.

Talia graduated cum laude with three degrees from Suffolk University, including her B.S. in Sociology, Master of Business Administration, and Masters of Science in Crime & Justice Studies.

Talia is fluent in four languages, English, Spanish, French and Hebrew.
