Biography:
Peter Romero is Vice President of Property Management of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. With more than a decade of experience in property and project management, Mr. Romero leads the operations of the firm’s property management practice, providing strategic direction and building its infrastructure and team.
Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Mr. Romero worked with Taylor & Mathis and Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, where he managed an office portfolio of more than one million square feet of office and mixed-use space. Before this, he spent 24 years in the retail and entertainment sector with a special focus on development and operations.
An active business leader, Mr. Romero currently serves as immediate Past President of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Miami-Dade and is an 18-time BOMA award winner. He has also received the prestigious TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Southern Region prize seven times.
Mr. Romero holds a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in business from Florida International University.
